The Convenience Store is a Japanese survival horror game where you work the lonely night shift at a small-town konbini. What starts as a boring routine of stocking shelves and serving customers slowly turns into something deeply unsettling, as strange visitors and unexplained events pile up through the night.
Your shift has simple tasks like restocking products, mopping the floors, and handling the register, but the real tension comes from the atmosphere and the odd customers who walk through the door. Rendered in Chilla’s Art’s signature lo-fi VHS style, every flickering light and empty aisle feels wrong in the best way. Multiple endings reward careful players who pay attention to small details, making each short playthrough feel different from the last.
