Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is a tactical role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch 2, released in September 2026. Set in the Dagdan Empire in the same world as Fire Emblem: Three Houses, it follows a grand tournament called the Heroic Games, where the winner is granted their heart’s desire. Players guide four warriors, each with their own story, as a revived demon god threatens to ravage the land.

Battles use turn-based combat on grid-based maps, mixing arena duels with party-based missions beyond the capital. New systems include Blaze Arts, powerful abilities that cost the wielder’s health, and Clash dungeons where the party shares a single health pool. Players also create a custom avatar who fights alongside the four leads, and the campaign spans multiple character routes with well over a hundred hours of playtime.
